Synopsis: Quark’s cousin Gaila offers him a job as a weapons dealer.
Memory Alpha Summary: That can’t possibly go wrong
Review: A shockingly decent Quark episode, though as usual they’re not terribly subtle with the moral dilemma Quark has to wrestle with.
In this case, he doesn’t come to his senses until his actions jeopardize the lives of millions of people. The sentiment lands harder when Quark has to make tough moral decisions that aren’t quite as loaded. That said, guest stars Laurence Tierney (who was recovering from a stroke and couldn’t remember his lines) and Steven Berkoff are perfect as the ruthless arms dealers and overall it was enjoyable.
