Man, I get giddy every time I think about this game. In a world naturally lacking in any original ideas, I can honestly say I have never played anything else like Framed.

The premise is basic: run away from the bad guys. What makes this so marvelous is that you’re running through comic strip panels. What makes me giddy is that you have to quickly rearrange the comic book panels in the correct order in order to escape. If you don’t you get to see your shadowy self die in humorous ways.

The game isn’t particularly hard; after all, there’s a finite number of ways to rearrange the panels, so it’s easy to win, even if by trial and error. And it’s also not particularly long, especially for the $4 price tag. But I can honestly say that it’s one of the most fun hour’s of gaming I’ve had in the past few years.
